How to book a stay ?
To book your visit to the magical world, simply click on the Booking Portal available on the official Refugedusorcier.com website. Choose your dates, check availability, and let the magic happen - booking is entirely online.
How many sorcerer's apprentices can stay in the refuge?
Le refuge can accommodate up to 4 apprentice wizards. Perfect for a muggle family looking for adventure or a small group of magical companions!
Is the accommodation suitable for small Muggles ?
Absolutely! The refuge has been enchanted to suit apprentice wizards and little Muggles alike. Everything has been designed for a comfortable and safe family stay.
Can I bring a pet ?
Unfortunately, even the most docile creatures cannot be welcomed into the refuge. Pets are not allowed in the refuge, to preserve the harmony and safety of the enchanted place.
Can you smoke in Le Refuge du Sorcier ?
Smoking is only permitted on the Refuge terrace. However, smoking is strictly forbidden indoors, as the enchanted walls do not appreciate prolonged burning spells.
Can i give a stay as a gift ?
Yes, you can give an enchanted gift voucher to the person of your choice. An original way to introduce your loved ones to a magical world.

Where is le refuge du sorcier ?
Le refuge is hidden right in the heart of the real world, in Libourne, at 22 Rue Montesquieu. It's a place that doesn't require Portoloin or cheminette powder - ideal for wizards travelling by car or on the back of a Moldumobile!
Is it easy to park near the refuge ?
Yes, both free and paid parking spaces are available on the street in the immediate vicinity of the refuge. Your Mouldmobile will be safe there.
Is the refuge accessible to people with reduced mobility ?
Unfortunately, the refuge is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, due to its location on the second floor without a lift.
What floor is le refuge du sorcier on ?
Le refuge is located on the second floor of an old building without a lift. So expect to climb a few steps before entering the enchanted world.

Everything you need to know during your stay, from arrival to departure.
How do you get into Le refuge ?
Entry to the refuge is independent: you will be given a secret code on the day of your arrival. No need for a magic wand, you can access the refuge at a time that suits you from 5pm.
What time do you have to check-out ?
The enchantment spell ends at 11am on the day of your departure. You will then have to leave the hut to make way for the next apprentice sorcerers.
Are household linen provided ?
Yes, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided, so you can travel light and enjoy your magical adventure to the full.
Is there internet in le refuge des sorciers ?
Even in the heart of the magical world, you can stay connected: a Wi-Fi connection is available.
Is the kitchen equipped to concoct potions ?
Absolutely! Le refuge has a fully-equipped kitchen including hob, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and cooking utensils!
Are there any riddles or hidden objects to discover ?
Yes, a magic riddle has been hidden in the refuge... It's up to you to solve it during your stay! Look carefully, every clue counts...
Changes and cancellations
Last-minute spells.
Can I change a booking after it has been confirmed ?
Yes, as long as the time reverser is still active! It is possible to change the dates of your stay (subject to availability) by contacting us as soon as possible.
Is it possible to cancel a stay ?
Yes, but be careful not to break the reservation seal too late... Refunds are possible if you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival. Be sure to check the cancellation deadlines in our terms and conditions.
