We ensure that all essential consumables are provided (shower gel, shampoo, washing-up liquid, etc.).<\/p><hr \/><p class=\"section-title\">Check-in<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Arrivals are possible from <strong>5pm<\/strong>. We make every effort to ensure that the accommodation is available at this time on the day of your arrival.<\/p><hr \/><p class=\"section-title\">Extended stay and departure<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Check-out must be completed by <strong>11:00 AM<\/strong> at the latest, unless a late departure has been exceptionally agreed upon. Any request for an extension or delayed check-out must be made <strong>at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong>, meaning before 11:00 AM the day before departure.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Any delay, failure to follow this rule, loss of keys, or return outside the proper procedure may result in a <strong>deduction from the security deposit<\/strong>.<\/p><hr \/><p class=\"section-title\">Security deposit<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">A <strong>\u20ac300 security deposit<\/strong> is required for all bookings. It is <strong>pre-authorized<\/strong> (not charged) via a secure online system before arrival.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">It is released the day after check-out, minus any fees for damages, theft, or breach of these terms. In case of greater damage, <strong>JE LOUE TRANQUILLE<\/strong> reserves the right to charge an equivalent amount and to take legal action if necessary.<\/p><hr \/><p class=\"section-title\">Inventory on arrival<\/p><p>There is no formal inventory of fixtures. The accommodation is checked by us before you arrive. Any anomaly must be reported immediately to avoid any misunderstanding. Our team remains available for any assistance during your stay.<\/p><hr \/><p class=\"section-title\">Booking and payment<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">A <strong>full payment<\/strong> is required at the time of booking. This amount includes the stay, any taxes, cleaning and linen costs, as well as any transaction fees.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Payments are only made by <strong>bank card<\/strong> via our official website. For booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking...), payment conditions are specific to each site.<\/p><hr \/><p class=\"section-title\">Use of the accommodation<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Le Refuge du Sorcier is rented <strong>for use as a temporary residence<\/strong>, as a seasonal rental. It cannot be considered as a main residence and must be returned at the end of the stay.<\/p><p>This tenancy is excluded from the scope of application of law no. 89-462 of 6 July 1989.<\/p><hr \/><p class=\"section-title\">Prohibited activities<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Any illegal activity (trafficking, handling of stolen goods, prostitution, etc.) is strictly prohibited. In case of suspicion, the booking may be cancelled without notice and reported to the authorities. A <strong>deduction from the security deposit<\/strong> may apply.<\/p><hr \/><p class=\"section-title\">Cancellation<\/p><ul><li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival<\/strong>: full refund.<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Cancellation or modification less than 14 days<\/strong>: no refund.<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>No show<\/strong>: the balance is due and the accommodation may be re-let.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><p class=\"section-title\">Household linen<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">The provided linen includes: bed sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels. All items are cleaned in an <strong>eco-friendly and professional<\/strong> manner by our service provider.
